The AddVal project management team recently started a new, exciting project with many challenges. For years, Fat Mama bistro has been operating with great success in the Central Udvar office building - leased and operated by AddVal Kft. This is the perfect restaurant for inviting our partners for a business breakfast, having lunch, or for just relaxing with a cup of cappuccino. However, in our busy world, office workers often only have enough time to grab and eat their lunch quickly - well, that’s now possible because Fat Mama has opened a new unit within the office building complex called Central Canteen. The interior design wizards at Defo Design Studio (led by Dóra Fónagy), AddVal and Fat Mama Restaurant pooled their ideas together and dreamt up the concept of the new restaurant collectively. The result is a place with a cheerful, youthful atmosphere and a large terrace too. "The primary aspect of the design was that tenants could spend their lunch in a pleasant environment and in a good atmosphere," said Gábor Forgács, professional director at Fat Mama.

“Our collaboration with the staff at AddVal and Defo Design Studio went fluently. Everyone on the team has years of professional experience in coming up with great ideas to make our wishes come true” – the director added.

“We are thrilled that Fat Mama has expanded its offering with the new unit. Already the tenants’ feedback is incredibly positive both for the variety of dishes and daily specials menu, as well as for the fast and friendly service” – added Hubert Mühringer, managing director at AddVal Kft.
